Wood is still widely used today as a natural material and a characteristic element of the Upper Sava architectural cultural heritage. Kosobrin’s ambiance is entirely made of wood; floors made of wood chips, wooden tables and wooden facilities. As if time stopped. But it didn’t. Colourful flowers in summer and snow in winter complement this beautiful, indigenous ambience. Even the playgrounds for children are wooden and the goats are shut behind a wooden fence. Wood, wood, wood. And best part is, there is never too much wood.

The heart of the ambience is a small wooden log cabin, which is the centre of all events. Next to it is a covered fireplace, which we call “Jurček pavilion” and is especially popular in winter because of its romantic atmosphere. The more our supply grew, the greater was the need for an enclosed space, a pavilion that provides shelter: from snow in winter and from rain in summer. The octagonal facility with a high ceiling is located at the end of the garden and is actually its extension. Wooden stairs lead to the terrace, which in summer turns into a children's playground with a fence for animals, and in winter it turns into the landing strip of the Brsnina ski slope.
