Our beginnings could be described as spontaneous and amateur. Back then, we didn’t think about the size of Kosobrin today. We can say that we have been growing in line with our abilities and desire for something new, different, and enjoyable. Naturally, new needs and wishes of the guests appeared, which were our compass at the time. From a small wooden log cabin and five tables in the garden, set in the winter of 2011/2012, we have over years become recognizable as a place where there is always something new and where you can eat well.
The family, as the fundamental social cell of any system, is the foundation of Kosobrin’s story. Someone came up with the idea, others developed and built it, later also refreshed with new views. But the immediate family was slowly not enough. We gradually accepted other members into the team who have become part of the family and follow our values and beliefs.
